Our Lady of the Lake Church has deep roots and lots of love. The church was first started by Father John F. O’Brien. The very first church meeting was in an old movie place on October 6, 1968. Lots of people came fast, so in 1970, they moved to a new spot at 1000 Gallatin Pike. It began with just about 200 family groups, and now, amazingly, it’s way more, all joined by the big ideas of the church: love, helping, and praising together.
