id say 8 x 8 …. but i didnt think about that when i made mine…. i used to ( Family size ) … prolly too much brownie and wont be enough room for the cake… we will see in a bit

A agree, what size brownie mix? The larger size says to add 2 eggs; does the recipe mean add an additional egg? There are several recipes on line for this but none indicate what size mix!

I made this and definitely did NOT have room in the pan. I had to cut the bottom out of a foil pan and place inside my 9×13 pan in order to add the pudding and whipped topping.

I am also confused about the egg. Is it an extra egg, because if you follow the directions for the brownie mix it already has an egg in for 1 package of mix 9×9 size.
